I support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, OCD, and relationship challenges to reconnect with themselves through creative, embodied, and experiential approaches. Whether through virtual talk therapy or immersive sessions, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you’ll feel seen, understood, and guided by someone who truly understands the work.
I began graduate training in Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy at Lesley University in 2009. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals, families, and groups in community mental health, schools, residential substance use treatment, outpatient settings, and even on a therapeutic farm providing animal-assisted, nature-based therapy.
Today, my private practice focuses on adults seeking traditional talk therapy as well as those looking for more expansive approaches. In addition to weekly virtual sessions, I offer intensive, time‑condensed therapy packages for deep, concentrated growth and continuing education workshops for clinicians craving fresh inspiration and hands‑on tools.
I blend evidence‑based methods, including I-CBT for OCD, trauma‑informed care, and somatic approaches, with expressive arts, metaphor, and nature-inspired practices. I believe that living creatively, embracing movement, and learning through direct experience are vital to our well‑being, no matter your starting point or physical limitations.
I’m thrilled to be expanding into more in‑person experiences, and I’m actively seeking collaborations with local organizations, barns, and community partners to offer equine‑assisted groups, nature‑based workshops, and experiential retreats. If you’re interested in partnering, whether to host a workshop, develop a group program, or integrate animal‑assisted work, let’s connect!
I live in north‑central Massachusetts in a blended family with my husband, our two kids, our dog, and two cats. I love our quiet life in the woods! I cherish time in nature and deep, meaningful conversations with people, whether they’re therapy clients, colleagues, collaborators, friends, or family. Facilitating exploration and adventure is at the heart of what I do, whether I’m supporting personal growth, leading training for other therapists, or sharing experiences with loved ones.
If you’re seeking a therapist who brings warmth, expertise, curiosity, and a genuine love for creative, embodied healing- or if you’re a potential collaborator or referral partner looking for a clinically grounded, innovative ally- I’d love to connect!
